We are looking for an AI Business Process Finance & Supply Chain Solution Engineer to support enterprise customers in their AI and business process transformation journeys. In this customer-facing technical sales role, you will combine deep Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain expertise with AI, business process, solution architecture, and industry knowledge to help customers evaluate and adopt Microsoft solutions.
You will engage with C-suite executives, Business Decision Makers (BDMs), and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) to understand business and technical priorities, shape solution strategies, and lead the technical win strategy for customer opportunities. You will demonstrate how Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and related Microsoft capabilities can address complex business challenges and support transformation objectives.
Working alongside Sales Specialists, account teams, Customer Success, Engineering, and Microsoft partners, you will lead technical discovery, envisioning workshops, architecture and whiteboarding sessions, demonstrations, and proofs of concept. You will help customers address technical requirements and blockers, including migration, integration, security, privacy, and compliance considerations, while developing solution approaches that support successful implementation and adoption.
You will also represent the voice of the customer by sharing technical, competitive, and market insights with Microsoft product and engineering teams, while contributing technical knowledge and proven practices that help scale successful customer engagements.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical win strategy for customer opportunities, engaging Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) through technical discovery to understand priorities, identify requirements, and translate business needs into compelling Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and AI solution strategies.
- Design and communicate solution approaches by applying relevant architecture patterns and Microsoft best practices across Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and related Microsoft technologies, addressing customer requirements across architecture, integration, migration, security, privacy, and compliance.
- Lead technical customer engagements, including envisioning workshops, architecture and whiteboarding sessions, technical demonstrations, and proofs of concept, adapting technical assets and scenarios to demonstrate solution capabilities, integration, and measurable business value.
- Drive technical decision making and competitive differentiation by demonstrating Microsoft’s unique value, addressing technical proof requirements, identifying and mitigating blockers, and helping customers build confidence in proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with Microsoft partners and system integrators throughout the sales cycle to scale technical engagements, support solution design and proofs of concept, and establish effective handoffs that help customers progress toward implementation and adoption.
- Partner across Sales, Account, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to execute strategic customer opportunities, proactively address technical blockers, and support clear deployment, adoption, and solution usage objectives aligned with customer business outcomes.
- Act as the voice of the customer by capturing customer feedback, competitive insights, technical blockers, and recurring solution patterns and sharing them with product and engineering teams to help inform Microsoft solutions, services, and competitive strategies.
- Demonstrate technical leadership and continuous learning by maintaining expertise across Dynamics 365, AI, and relevant Microsoft technologies, sharing proven practices, contributing to technical communities, and supporting customer and colleague enablement through workshops, presentations, and other learning engagements.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
- Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders in written and verbal business environments.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 8+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Certification in relevant (Microsoft or industry) technologies or disciplines (e.g., Microsoft Office 365; Power BI; Azure Administrator, Architecture, and Development exams; Cloud Platform Technologies; Information Security; Architecture).
- Fluent Spanish communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders in written and verbal business environments.
