SCT sellers serve as the strategic bridge between Services Acceleration, Frontier Co, regional sales teams, and priority industry motions. Speacilist sellers within SCT bring high levels of workload or domain expertise into transformational services led opportunities.

As a Strategic Consulting Executive, in Asia, you will operate as a  individual contributor at the heart of industry-led transformation and custom deal-making, engaging C-Suite stakeholders, selling transformation, and applying deep industry and business acumen through a consultative selling approach to drive measurable business outcomes. Industry Strategic Consulting sellers focus on Microsoft’s priority industries, bringing industry-specific expertise, market insight, and transformation patterns to shape high-value customer opportunities. You will provide strategic direction and guidance to sellers and business stakeholders to achieve revenue targets, own strategic opportunities from inception to closure, and bring the caliber of strategic counsel customers expect from the world’s leading consulting firms.

Responsibilities

This role owns the end-to-end growth, renewal, expansion, and strategic positioning of Microsoft Services and Consulting offerings by combining executive customer engagement, complex sales leadership, account strategy, and cross-team orchestration.

• Drive Revenue Growth & Customer Value
  Lead Unified support renewals, expansions, and new contract acquisition while identifying opportunities to grow cloud, AI, security, and consulting services. Build customer roadmaps that drive adoption, consumption, and measurable business outcomes.

• Lead Strategic Account Planning & Sales Execution
  Develop and execute account strategies aligned to customer priorities, Microsoft objectives, and industry trends. Manage qualified opportunities through the full sales cycle using BANT, close plans, forecasting, and renewal planning to achieve revenue targets.

• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Customer Success
  Coordinate account teams, CSAMs, solution specialists, partners, pursuit teams, and delivery teams to provide a seamless One Microsoft experience, ensure successful deal closure, and support long-term customer success.

• Build Executive Relationships & Negotiate Complex Deals
  Establish trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, influence decision makers, lead contract negotiations, resolve objections, manage risk, and position Microsoft solutions against competitors to secure strategic wins and renewals.
