Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Client Clearing Platform. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. 

We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with strong ownership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated an ability to influence technical direction, guide engineering best practices, mentor developers, work effectively across stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of complex initiatives while remaining hands-on in design and development.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Demonstrated ability to guide developers and influence technical decisions across projects.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Product, Delivery, Operations, Support, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex full-stack solutions.
• Drive architectural consistency and engineering best practices across multiple initiatives.
• Partner with Product teams to understand priorities and help shape implementation approaches.
• Contribute to roadmap planning by evaluating technical opportunities, dependencies, and risks.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers at various experience levels.
• Review designs and implementation approaches to ensure scalability, maintainability, and resilience.
• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, documentation standards, and development best practices.
• Drive adoption of modern development methodologies, automation, and AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Design applications capable of supporting significant growth in transaction volumes and data consumption.
• Ensure solutions meet resiliency, recovery, performance, and security requirements.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues.
• Foster collaboration across product, delivery, support, and engineering teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development processes and team practices.
