As the BCG X Global TA Senior Manager – Strategy and Transformation, you will help shape how BCG X attracts, engages, assesses and hires exceptional talent globally. You will lead a portfolio of strategic recruitment initiatives designed to build stronger global capabilities, improve how we work and create more consistent, scalable experiences for candidates, interviewers and recruiting teams.
Working in partnership with the Global Recruiting Senior Director and senior recruitment leadership, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex global projects—from framing the opportunity and developing the business case through securing alignment, implementation, change adoption and measurement. The portfolio will evolve as our priorities change, requiring you to move confidently between different recruitment challenges and bring structure and momentum to new and sometimes ambiguous problems.
Key responsibilities include:

- Identify, prioritise and take ownership of a varied portfolio of strategic priorities. These could include recruitment marketing and brand activation, global talent mapping and sourcing, recruiter and interviewer capability building, or greater standardisation of recruitment and assessment approaches.
- Turn emerging recruitment challenges and opportunities into structured programmes of work, defining objectives, workplans, success measures, dependencies and the approach required to deliver change.
- Build compelling recommendations, business cases and executive-ready narratives that translate complex problems and evidence into clear choices for senior recruitment leaders.
- Mobilise and guide cross-functional project teams across recruitment, marketing, technology and the wider People function, building alignment and maintaining momentum across global initiatives.
- Work alongside more junior members of the team, coaching and mentoring them to develop their skills in presenting, gathering insights from data and driving large scale positive change.
- Capture learning from completed initiatives and use it to continuously improve our global recruitment capabilities, processes and ways of working.
Analytics & Insights
- Use recruitment data to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, develop recommendations and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of changes we make, then take it then next step – driving change through influencing a network of senior leaders and recruitment stakeholders to adopt new TA practices.
- Strengthen recruitment reporting and insights by partnering with our Recruitment Analytics Specialist and working across our data lake and Tableau reporting environment. Drawing on data brought together from our ATS, CRM and HRIS, you will help improve dashboards, turn reporting into actionable insight, identify opportunities for improvement and provide additional analytical capability for priority business questions.
