Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. The professional actively partners with business units to define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and facilitate seamless integration of new systems and procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning methodologies and discrete manufacturing processes.
- Experience in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and integration strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
