You will also serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical development teams, ensuring clear handoffs and robust solution foundations. This role requires a blend of traditional software engineering skills, cloud solution architecture experience, and hands-on expertise with generative AI models and agentic frameworks.

- Cloud Solution Architecture: Experience designing and deploying solutions on Azure, GCP, or AWS, including the security, integration, and cost considerations that shape design.
- Design Trade-offs and Technical Judgment: Ability to translate business objectives into technical options, and to explain the effort, risk, and value of each in terms stakeholders can act on, driving decisions on scope, sequencing, and architecture.
- Generative AI APIs: Hands-on experience integrating and orchestrating solutions using APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers.
- AI Tool Experience: Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, ideally including code generation work with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.
- Agentic Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Vertex AI Agent Development Kit, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Solution Evaluation: Ability to assess build vs. buy decisions, evaluate risk, data requirements, ROI, and timelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Design Trade-offs: Experience working with business and technical stakeholders to prioritize and align solution opportunities, translating business objectives into technical options and explaining the effort, risk, and value of each in terms stakeholders can act on.
- Project and Team Leadership: Experience scoping and sequencing delivery work, managing timelines across concurrent intakes, coordinating handoffs with development teams, and mentoring less experienced engineers.
- Responsible AI and Risk: Familiarity with data privacy, confidentiality, and auditability requirements for enterprise AI, human-in-the-loop design, and agent-specific risks such as prompt injection and tool permission scope.
- Agent Interoperability (preferred): Exposure to emerging standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) for connecting agents to enterprise tools, data sources, and other agents.
- Full Solution Lifecycle (preferred): Experience taking solutions from intake through prototyping to deployment and adoption.
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
