ABOUT THE ROLE
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its diagnostic imaging services, including cross-sectional imaging, ultrasound, MRI, CT and specialist diagnostic reporting, and is seeking an experienced Consultant Diagnostic Radiologist to join its clinical team.
The role offers an opportunity for an internationally trained radiologist to work within a modern, quality-driven healthcare environment serving a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services while working closely with multidisciplinary clinical teams and maintaining high standards of patient-centred care.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, radiographers, technologists, nurses and allied health professionals, with access to modern diagnostic imaging facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interpret CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray and other diagnostic imaging studies according to clinical expertise and scope of practice.
• Provide clear, accurate and timely diagnostic reports for outpatient, inpatient and emergency cases.
• Communicate urgent or critical imaging findings promptly to the relevant clinical teams.
• Support multidisciplinary clinical decision-making through accurate imaging interpretation and consultation.
• Supervise appropriate imaging protocols, contrast safety procedures and radiation protection standards.
• Collaborate with referring clinicians, radiographers, technologists and interventional radiology teams where required.
• Participate in clinical audits, peer review, accreditation activities and diagnostic reporting quality improvement initiatives.

• American Board of Radiology
• UK CCT / FRCR
• European Diploma or National Specialist Registration
• the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, the Middle East, Africa and South America may be considered, subject to eligibility for UAE medical licensing and the healthcare facility's credentialing Royal College Certification, Canada
• Australian FRANZCR
• Arab Board
• MD / DNB / FCPS or an equivalent recognised specialist qualification
