As a Firm Enterprise Solutions Director, Forensic Investigations and Fraud Services on the Global Finance Services team, you will be responsible for…
- Set the regional strategy and future-state operating model for the Americas expense and corporate card compliance framework, including policy application, controls, technology priorities, and applicable local requirements.
- Lead and develop the Americas Expense Compliance leadership team; implement talent and succession plans; and establish consistent standards for audit quality, evidence, documentation, escalation, remediation, and policy application.
- Provide executive oversight of escalated and complex compliance matters, including suspected fraud, altered receipts, repeat violations, and matters with potential disciplinary or termination outcomes.
- Partner with Talent, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to support evidence-based outcomes, audit readiness, and appropriate actions arising from compliance findings.
- Use audit results, reporting, and analytics to identify trends, root causes, repeat violations, control weaknesses, and opportunities for targeted remediation.
- Represent the Americas in global and cross-member-firm initiatives involving expense compliance, policy, reporting, technology, and operating-model development; lead regional workstreams, governance routines, and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business and 10+ years of progressive experience in expense compliance, internal controls, audit, or finance operations
- 5+ years of experience leading managers or multi-layer teams across multiple offices, countries, or operating locations
- Experience administering compliance controls and expense policies; leading investigations and case management; producing data-driven reporting; and leading finance or compliance operating-model transformation
- Ability to travel 0–10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Experience leading global business services, shared services, or hybrid onshore/offshore operating models
- Experience partnering with Talent, the Office of the General Counsel (OGC), and business leaders on policy-violation investigations and escalation decisions
- Experience implementing compliance dashboards, workflow technologies, automation, artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled controls, or enterprise process-improvement initiatives
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,900 to $218,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
