Work You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Organization, Workforce, & Change team, you will be responsible for…
- Providing senior human capital expertise to support cyber workforce optimization initiatives for a public sector client
- Supporting the stand-up and operationalization of the client’s cyber talent initiative, including talent management processes, governance, and implementation planning
- Developing strategies for cyber talent recruiting, assessment, selection, retention, career management, and workforce sustainment aligned to mission requirements
- Conducting workforce planning, talent forecasting, and skills gap analyses; developing metrics, dashboards, analytics, executive briefings, and decision-support materials for senior leaders
- Coordinating with cyber training, operational, and talent management stakeholders to align workforce development, training modernization, career development, and organizational planning efforts
- Applying organizational design, change management, and workforce transformation practices to improve cyber workforce readiness, force generation, and long-term effectiveness
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience in human capital, workforce transformation, talent management, organizational change, or strategic transformation
- 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, teams, or direct reports
- Experience in human resources transformation, human resources operations, and learning, training, or workforce development programs
- Experience supporting workforce planning, talent forecasting, skills gap analysis, or talent management program implementation
- Experience developing executive-level briefings, implementation plans, dashboards, analytics, or decision-support materials
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph
- Ability to work on client site in the Washington, DC area
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in business, public administration, organizational development, human resources, or a related field
- Experience serving federal, state, or local government clients
- Experience supporting cyber talent, technical workforce, or mission workforce initiatives
- Experience developing governance frameworks, talent management policies, or workforce processes
- Experience facilitating stakeholder sessions across operational, training, and talent management functions
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci, or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification
