Technology Strategy Analyst
Deloitte US · Chicago, United States · 3d ago
Position Summary
Do you want to help executives navigate technology disruption at a scale and speed they've never faced before? Are you the kind of person who sees a hard problem and leans in instead of looking away? You're exactly who we're looking for.
AI is reshaping industries overnight. Global markets are shifting faster than playbooks can keep up. Entire business models are being rewritten in real time. For the leaders steering through it, this isn't a moment for more of the same… it's a moment that demands fresh thinking, bold moves, and partners who can see around corners. There has never been a more exciting time to be a strategic advisor — join us for this moment!
Is this You?
You're drawn to hard problems, not easy answers. You vibe code for fun. You're curious about how technology is disrupting an industry at a rapid pace before it ever makes the news. You read about a company making a bold strategic bet and find yourself thinking about what drove the decision, and how to execute that vision.
You don't need to have it all figured out yet or arrive as a technology expert. But you learn quickly, care about creating value for organizations, not just how a plan might read on a page. You're sharp enough to find the signal in messy data. You're genuinely excited about AI, not as a buzzword, but as something you want to learn to use responsibly, for both delivery transformation and as an enabler, in high-stakes situations. And you're ambitious enough to want your work to matter starting now, not eventually.
If you want to become the kind of advisor executives trust with their hardest decisions, it starts at Deloitte as an Enterprise Tech Strategy Analyst.
Recruiting for this role ends on 11/01/2026.
What You’ll Do
Your work will feed the decisions executives can't afford to get wrong. Here's what that looks like day to day: you'll get a problem that isn't fully defined, and part of your job is figuring out the right question before you can even get to an answer. You'll dig into data, build the analysis, and find the insight that changes how a client sees their situation; you’ll be exposed to the latest AI tools and accelerators. You will learn to communicate your recommendation clearly to Executives who've been running companies longer than you've been in the workforce.
The questions you will wrestle with sit at the center of enterprise transformation:
- What target technology state will enable the company's strategy?
- Which platforms, data, and AI capabilities should be modernized, and in what sequence?
- How should cloud, architecture, cyber, and product or platform operating models evolve?
- Where can AI create differentiated value, and how can it be scaled responsibly?
- How should leaders address technology debt, investment tradeoffs, and the change required to activate the roadmap?
These are a few illustrative questions our clients are asking...and that you will address as part of our team! The work spans the full arc of strategic advising: diagnosing where a business stands, charting where it needs to go, shaping the modernization roadmap, designing the transformation required to get there, and even staying with the business to turn the solution on! You'll be expected to think, not just execute, and to bring a perspective into every conversation.
The best strategies aren't measured by the quality of the deck, they're road-tested and measured by the value at scale that they create. Strategy and execution aren't separate disciplines. As an Enterprise Tech Strategy Analyst at Deloitte, you’ll learn how to connect the two.
