Job Description
We are Scandinavia’s most successful consulting firm, with more than 2000 consultants across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany, the US and Switzerland – where we are rapidly expanding and strengthening our presence.
At Implement Consulting Group, we help people and organisations meet the challenges of the future and guide them through complex transformations. To achieve outstanding results, we combine sharp analytical thinking with intuitive understanding. We connect the latest theories with a deep sensitivity to people and organisational dynamics. Most importantly, we actively engage those involved in the change process – we call this Collaborative Consulting. With this approach, we have been creating lasting positive impact for over 30 years.
Our Swiss team of around 100 colleagues works closely with peers in Denmark and across Europe. To further strengthen our organisation in Switzerland, we are looking for a Solution Architect in Supply Chain Planning – someone with deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain management and digital transformation, who can translate knowledge into real client impact.
Your responsibilities
- Drive SAP IBP and other advanced planning system implementations, bridging business needs and IT capabilities.
- Co-create innovative solutions with our clients that enable high-performing business processes through state-of-the-art functionalities.
- Act as a commercial driver by generating leads, shaping proposals and winning projects.
- Play a key role in both delivery and business development, helping to strengthen our supply chain planning practice in Switzerland.
Your profile
- Solid experience in supply chain planning (inventory optimisation, advanced forecasting, supply and demand planning, S&OP).
- At least three full project cycles as solution architect or technical workstream lead.
- Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end sales and operations planning processes.
- First experience in leading sales cycles, from lead development to assisting in securing projects.
- 4–6 years of consulting experience.
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, IT or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills – able to convey complex ideas in English (German or Italian is a strong advantage).
What we offer
At Implement Consulting Group, we aim to rethink the consulting industry. We believe that creating meaningful, lasting change is essential for success in today’s global and turbulent world.
Joining us means:
- Working in a highly collaborative culture with a flat hierarchy and trust-based leadership – you even choose your own personal leader.
- Enjoying a high level of freedom and responsibility in shaping your work and career.
- Being part of an ambitious, growing team with a strong network of helpful and inspiring colleagues.
- Continuous learning and development opportunities tailored to your goals.
- An attractive, performance-based remuneration package.
We strive to be the best place for the best people – a place where you can grow, make an impact and help transform the consulting business.
