Our Cyber Threat Incident Response team helps protect the organisation from cyber threats by leading investigations, incident response activities and operational security initiatives across a global environment. Our team works closely with security, technology and risk teams to strengthen cyber resilience and maintain a strong security posture.

In this role you will lead our global Threat Investigation and Incident Response function, managing a team of investigators and incident responders across multiple regions. You will oversee the incident response lifecycle, manage high-severity cyber incidents and drive improvements across security operations processes and platforms. You will have the opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders, develop team capability and lead strategic initiatives that strengthen our cyber security operations.
- 10+ years’ of experience in technology and/or cyber security, including 3+ years’ of leadership experience within global enterprise organisations.
- Strong experience developing high-performing teams through mentoring, technical training, cyber simulation exercises and cross-training programmes.
- Deep expertise managing the end-to-end incident response lifecycle, major incident escalations and global follow-the-sun operating models.
- Experience leading complex technical projects, team integrations and process improvement initiatives within regulated environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex cyber threats and operational metrics into meaningful business outcomes for senior leaders and risk teams.
