Microsoft has created the Frontier Company, a new operating business built to deliver end-to-end AI transformation, embedding industry and engineering experts directly alongside customers to co-design, deploy, and continuously improve AI systems against measurable business outcomes. It is a $2.5B investment in 6,000 of the industry's best experts, and AI Business Solutions sits at its core. The distinction that defines us is simple: most AI companies deliver outputs; we deliver outcomes, measured against real business value.

As part of Microsoft Frontier Company, the AI Business Solution team helps customers maximise their investment in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI services, and Microsoft Azure solutions through accelerated adoption, responsible AI use, and productive use of technologies.
