Summary: The Analyst plays a key role in supporting organizational effectiveness by providing analytical, operational, and administrative support across the business. This position partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes, support strategic initiatives, and ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide analytical and administrative support to leadership and corporate functions, including research, reporting, documentation, and coordination of organizational initiatives. Collect, analyze, and maintain operational, administrative, and organizational data to support informed decision-making. Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, dashboards, and other management materials as required. Monitor administrative processes, workflows, and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and increased efficiency. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of organizational policies, procedures, and operating practices. Coordinate cross-functional projects, meetings, initiatives, and administrative activities to ensure timely completion and effective communication. Conduct research and provide analysis to support organizational planning, policy development, and management decision-making. Support compliance with applicable company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and administrative guidelines. Serve as a resource to employees and internal stakeholders by responding to administrative inquiries and facilitating timely resolution of issues. Support special projects and other organizational initiatives as assigned by leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Some professional experience in administrative analysis, business operations, project coordination, or a related field preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to analyze information, prepare clear reports, and communicate findings effectively. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with employees at various levels of the organization.
