What the day will look like As a Associate Consultant, you will provide analytic support and delivery of diverse project work in areas such as employee rewards, executive remuneration, people strategy, workforce planning and corporate governance. You will receive broad experience and exposure across industry portfolios and be mentored by Industry and Technical leaders. You will be supported in growing your consulting capability to design, enhance and implement human capital solutions for clients. Your main responsibilities will include: Support the delivery of high quality, effective solutions for our clients through forming insights based on client need, acquired expertise, and interpretation of client data. Assist project managers in the area of executive and employee rewards, job evaluation, job architecture, and incentive design projects. Analyse large amounts of data to form findings and insights critical to client engagements. Perform specialised research studies on a range of compensation topics to identify competitive market practice, as assigned Support industry leaders with producing content and thought leadership Collaborate with colleagues to integrate and enhance people solutions that address client needs Actively participate and contribute to our collaborative learning culture within Human Capital Solutions How this opportunity is different We’re a team of authentic and smart individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities. Skills and experience that will lead to success To be successful in this role you will have a background in a similar hands-on consulting role, with experience in analytics, rewards design and implementation.
