We’re hiring! Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Manager (Chinese Desk), Commercial Risk Solutions to join our corporate team. Responsibilities: Growth and Sales Accountable for executing the in-country commercial risk solutions growth plan and focused on sales and growth. Developing new business opportunities in FDI segments (China / Taiwan / Hong Kong) for commercial risk solutions Collaborating with Aon network to develop & target on FDI enterprises from China, Taiwan & Hong Kong. Coordinating with Line Manager to strategically retain key clients (Chinese language). Managing the growth planning framework includes a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process. Shared ownership of the Pipeline with the supervisor Client Ownership Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention. Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position. Operational Excellence Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks. Leadership Build trusted relationships with the leadership of CRHA that facilitates and encourages collaboration and Aon United opportunities. Build on the strengths of the team, developing HiPo talent and addressing the gaps in expertise. Acting as support and escalation points for team members. Skills and experience that will lead to success.
