Treasury Administrator – Captive Management (Cayman Islands) Aon Insurance Managers, Cayman is seeking an experienced Treasury Administrator to join their dynamic team. The main purpose of the role is to provide treasury support and keep the cash books up to date for the captive insurance management team. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Cayman office. What the day will look like Raise and process payments and maintain cashbooks where necessary. Raise payments via clients’ online banking platforms. Monitor monies on deposit and implement instructions as to investment of funds. Enact subscription and redemption of units in cash funds. Deal with bank correspondence, investigating queries and updating mandates. Liaise in a professional manner with clients where necessary. Keep clients records and files up to date. Develop & maintain strong internal & external client relationships. Ensure effective and responsive communication with captive team. Comply with regulatory and other standards as directed by captive managers Follow internal Aon procedures regarding client and counterparty screening for all transactions. Meet deadlines and prioritize urgent transactions with exceptional attention to detail & accuracy. Utilize DocuSign and payments dashboard to manage data flow. Ad-hoc projects and other reasonable support tasks as assigned. Skills and experience that will lead to success Prior knowledge of captive insurance companies is highly desirable General accounting / bookkeeping experience, either in similar industry or audit Local banking platform experience is required.
