Join Oracle Health’s HDI Consulting team to help healthcare organizations implement and improve Population Intelligence, Clinical Intelligence, and Quality Management solutions. You will translate customer goals into practical workflows and delivery activities, supporting new implementations and upgrades from discovery through go-live and adoption.
As a Senior Consultant, you will independently complete standard assignments and exercise sound judgment on moderately complex engagements within established Oracle methods. You will work directly with customers and collaborate with Consulting, Product, and technical teams to resolve issues and prepare customers for change, with guidance available for unfamiliar or more complex situations.
- Facilitate customer working sessions to understand goals, workflows, reporting needs, and implementation requirements.
- Translate requirements into documented workflow recommendations, configuration needs, and delivery activities; explain dependencies and tradeoffs.
- Own assigned implementation or uplift workstreams, maintaining clear deliverables, decisions, status, and follow-up actions.
- Plan and perform functional and data validation, support user acceptance testing, and investigate discrepancies with technical teams.
- Apply population health and quality-reporting knowledge to delivery work, seeking specialist input when requirements need clarification.
- Identify risks and blockers early, recommend practical next steps, and escalate issues with supporting evidence and customer impact.
- Develop and deliver customer training, assess readiness, and support go-live and adoption.
- Coordinate customer feedback with Product and technical teams, and improve reusable documentation and delivery practices.
Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $63.65 per hour; from: $53,000 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
