Responsibilities
- Lead and guide partner transformation efforts globally, helping align technology roadmaps with Microsoft's Cloud and AI priorities.
- Help partners build and mature Centers of Excellence, delivery capabilities, technical practices, and solution offerings that scale Microsoft-based services and support their evolution into AI-first, services-led businesses.
- Support partners through large-scale cloud transformation journeys by encouraging innovation, modernization, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and share frameworks, best practices, and repeatable approaches that accelerate time-to-market and enable global scale.
- Share expertise and insights that help partners evaluate and adopt emerging technologies such as generative AI, agentic AI, cloud-native architectures, and advanced security solutions.
- Encourage experimentation, learning, and responsible innovation to help partners differentiate their services and create customer value.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner technology leaders, executives, architects, and stakeholders across regions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping partners develop technology strategies that balance global consistency with local market needs.
- Collaborate with Microsoft engineering, field, and regional teams to ensure technical strategies can be effectively implemented across geographies.
- Bring partner feedback, customer insights, and market trends into discussions that help shape future product capabilities and partner investments.
- Develop and communicate long-term partner technology strategies that span multiple solution areas and business priorities.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and business audiences.

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
