We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building high quality software across both backend and frontend stacks, and who enjoys working end to end—from API design to user experience.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be a hands on contributor responsible for designing, building, and operating full stack solutions that support critical digital and MarTech capabilities. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable software.

Is This Role Right for You? In This Role, You Will:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Java, following modern API and microservice patterns.
• Build responsive and maintainable frontend applications using TypeScript and JavaScript (modern frameworks such as React or Angular).
• Collaborate with Product and UX to translate requirements into well‑designed technical solutions.
• Write clean, testable, and well‑documented code across the full stack.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decision‑making.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance, and reliability standards.
• Integrate with third‑party and internal systems using RESTful APIs and event‑driven patterns.
• Support production systems, including troubleshooting issues and contributing to root‑cause analysis.
• Continuously improve engineering practices, tooling, and development workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute positively to team culture.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

• Strong experience as a full stack developer working across backend and frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Java for backend development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for frontend development.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

What's in it for you?

• You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team of Client-focused go-getters looking to learn from each other in an environment that celebrates and recognizes success!
• You will have access to thousands of online and in person courses so you can shape your career growth with the support from diverse industry leaders.
• You will get our help to save for your future and to invest in your total wellbeing through our Tangerine benefits*.
• You belong here, we are equal and un-complicated. Bring your true self to work, dress codes don’t apply here.
