Business Support Analyst – Health Solutions (AI-Enabled & Administrative Operations) The Business Support Analyst – Health Solutions supports the delivery of employee benefits solutions by combining day-to-day administrative responsibilities with data, automation and AI-enabled process improvement. The role partners with Health Solutions colleagues, insurers, third-party administrators (TPAs) and client HR/Payroll contacts to help ensure accurate membership data, efficient enrollment activities and timely, insight-led reporting. This role is well suited to someone who is comfortable with detailed administration and data work, and who is also interested in using new tools and technology to continuously improve how we serve clients and colleagues. What the day will look like AI-Enabled Operations & Process Efficiency Apply AI and automation tools (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate, advanced Excel, reporting platforms) to: Streamline membership update and enrollment workflows. Reduce manual data entry and other repetitive tasks. Produce first drafts of recurring reports, documents and standard communications. Build and maintain digital trackers and dashboards to provide visibility of: Enrollment status, outstanding items and turnaround times. Data quality indicators and operational performance. Help design and maintain rules-based data validations so that issues are identified and addressed before data is shared externally. Contribute to automation initiatives, including: Automated notifications and reminders. Standardised report refresh processes. Simple flows or RPA solutions for routine file handling and data transformations. Work with operations leaders to map, review and improve processes, documenting “as-is” and “to-be” workflows and embedding AI/automation into day-to-day activity. Use AI tools to support preparation of clear, concise internal and client communications, and to summarise complex information for colleagues. Membership & Enrollment Administration Support the administration of employee benefits programmes (e.g. medical, life, disability, voluntary benefits), including: Processing new joiners, leavers and member changes (e.g. dependants, plan options, salary updates). Preparing and submitting enrollment and change files or forms to insurers and TPAs. Monitoring confirmations, member cards and policy or endorsement issuance, and following up on outstanding items. Maintain accurate membership and eligibility records across internal systems, trackers and shared repositories. Carry out regular reconciliations of membership and premiums between HR/Payroll data, internal records and insurer reports, using both manual checks and automated controls. Work with insurers, TPAs and client HR/Payroll contacts to resolve membership, eligibility and billing discrepancies in a timely manner. Reporting, Data Quality & Insights Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports (e.g. membership, premium, basic claims/utilisation, service performance) using Excel and/or Power BI. Maintain and enhance standard report templates to support consistency, ease of refresh and reuse across clients. Use data visualisation and analysis to identify and communicate key trends, variances and observations to consultants and operations managers. Support data cleansing and broader data governance by recording recurring issues, recommending improvements and helping to implement changes within templates, tools and processes. Administrative & Coordination Support Complete general administrative tasks, including: Data entry and updates within systems and trackers. Maintaining organised electronic filing, version control and documentation. Preparing standard letters, certificates and forms. Coordinate meetings with internal teams and clients, including preparing agendas, extracting data and compiling supporting materials. Respond to routine enquiries from colleagues and client contacts on topics such as membership status, coverage effective dates, required documentation and card reissues, escalating more complex matters as appropriate. Provide additional operational and administrative support to Health Solutions leaders as required. Skills and experience that will lead to success Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Management or a related discipline. Experience 1–5 years’ experience in business operations, benefits administration, reporting, data management or an analytical role. Experience in employee benefits, health insurance, healthcare or financial services is preferred. Exposure to automation, reporting tools or process improvement initiatives is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Technical & Digital Strong proficiency in Excel (including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas and data validation; basic macros an advantage). Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate or similar tools for reporting and workflow automation is strongly preferred. Comfortable using, or keen to learn, AI assistants (such as Copilot) to support analysis, documentation and standard communications. Confident working with large membership, payroll and claims datasets from multiple sources. Analytical & Problem-Solving High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to identify inconsistencies, investigate root causes and contribute to practical solutions. Continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to review and challenge existing ways of working. Ability to translate data and analysis into clear, actionable information for non-technical audiences. Communication & Collaboration Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (and local language, such as Thai, where required). Ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal and external contacts, including insurers, TPAs, HR/Payroll teams and colleagues across Health Solutions. Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple client deliverables and deadlines.
