Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
As an SAP Device Management Consultant at Deloitte, you will work on daily operate activities. Responsibilities include; the ability to perform configuration, functional design, testing, defect resolution, and production support.

Qualifications
Required
- 6+ years of experience in SAP IS-U, with strong expertise in Device Management (DM).
- Hands-on experience with device installation, removal, replacement, technical installations, and meter lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of Technical Master Data, including devices, device categories, equipment, and connection objects.
- Experience with meter reading processes, meter reading orders/results, validations, and exception handling.
- Knowledge of integration between Device Management, Billing, Customer Service, and FICA.
- Experience with smart meters/AMI integration and utility meter-to-cash processes is preferred.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Preferred
- Prior experience working with electric, gas, or water utility clients and strong business/stakeholder communication skills.
