The Senior Platform Architect is a senior technical consulting role within the Health Data Intelligence (HDI) Consulting team. This role provides architecture and technical leadership for establishing and configuring the cloud platform environments required to implement Oracle Health Data Intelligence products for our clients.
Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) is an EHR-agnostic suite of cloud infrastructure, analytics, and applications powered by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). HDI securely integrates healthcare data from multiple sources to support analytics and applications across the healthcare ecosystem.
The Senior Platform Architect serves as a trusted technical advisor throughout the client implementation lifecycle, translating solution requirements into a secure, scalable, resilient, and supportable HDI platform architecture. The architect works across client technology teams, HDI Consulting, product, engineering, and other Oracle teams to ensure the underlying platform is ready to support the HDI products being implemented. This includes identity management and platform level algorithms such as attribution and population.
- Lead the architecture, design, and technical implementation of Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) platform environments for complex client engagements.
- Lead the the development and delivery of the HD platform-level architectures, including I Population/Sub-Population Algorithms, Attribution Algorithm, Affiliation Algorithm, Identity Management, and other core platform capabilities.
- Translate HDI product and client requirements into secure, scalable, resilient, and supportable cloud platform architectures.
- Assess client technical environments and define platform, infrastructure, integration, security, identity, and access requirements, dependencies, and risks.
- Provide HDI platform, solution, and troubleshooting expertise and drive data quality in client environments.
- Lead identity and access management architecture for HDI, including authentication, authorization, role-based access, user and service access, and identity lifecycle considerations.
- Lead technical readiness, design, validation reviews, and platform-readiness activities, serving as a trusted technical advisor to client and Oracle stakeholders.
- Partner with HDI Product, Engineering, Consulting, and Support teams to ensure platform readiness, resolve complex technical dependencies, and support successful product deployment.
- Promote architecture practices that improve security, scalability, resiliency, performance, maintainability, and operational effectiveness across HDI implementations.
- Mentor others and develop reusable architecture patterns, standards, and lessons learned that strengthen HDI Consulting capabilities.
- Cultivate trusted client relationships that support successful implementations and achievement of client and business objectives.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
