In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and multi-year planning processes.
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models used for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic planning.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for leadership reviews and management meetings.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities and help develop recommendations to improve performance.
- Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and strategic initiatives as needed.
- Contribute to improving financial planning, reporting, and governance processes through automation and standardization where possible.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data, analysis, and reporting outputs.
To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
- Proficiency in Oracle or similar financial systems.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for presenting financial insights.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with expense management, forecasting, and planning.
- Proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
