What you'll be doing

Simplii Financial is a modern, customer-first organization, and the data that flows through our digital properties is one of our most valuable assets. As Senior Consultant, Digital Analytics, you are responsible for building and managing the analytics infrastructure that powers how we understand and improve the digital experience across Simplii's online and mobile banking platforms. You work alongside Simplii's Digital Technology delivery team to build enhancements that deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience. You lead the governance, strategy, and optimization of our digital analytics frameworks for Digital Strategy initiatives and Digital Marketing campaigns. You define KPIs, shape analytical focus toward the highest-impact opportunities, and ensure that insights drive confident decisions across Client Experience and Digital Strategy. You proactively stay abreast of Digital Analytics best practices and lead the adoption of those practices in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

At Simplii Financial, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you'll succeed

• Strategy Development You use data insights to develop and refine digital marketing and business strategies, including Marketing Pixels, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

• Insights and Reporting You create detailed and actionable reports for senior leadership that highlight key findings and recommendations, and develop standardized reporting approaches using templates, Adobe Analytics, and ObservePoint based on standardized metrics and implementation.

• Tool Management You manage and lead the implementation, governance, and use of digital analytics tools and platforms, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform, and continuously evaluate and optimize workflows for new integrations.

• Cross-Functional Leadership You work closely with departments across Simplii including Sales, Strategy, and Technology, to ensure timely and end-to-end enablement of Marketing and Technology initiatives across a wide array of enterprise platforms including .COM, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking.

• Data and Insight Translation You translate business objectives into measurement strategies and KPI frameworks and analyze data from a variety of sources to develop performance metrics and actionable insights that enhance the client experience. You identify meaningful trends, anomalies, and opportunities for deeper investigation, and analyze marketing channel performance with expertise in evaluating channel mix and attribution models.

• Compliance and Data Governance You ensure that all digital analytics practices comply with relevant data privacy laws and organizational policies, including ITP 2.0 and GDPR.

• Relationship Building You forge strong relationships with business and internal partners and stakeholders providing advice on data availability, technical feasibility, and tracking requirements, and ensuring a smooth rollout of Digital Analytics initiatives.

Who you are

• You bring 5 to 7 years of experience in digital analytics or a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in analytics implementation, measurement strategy, governance, and insight generation at scale. You have a degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or an analysis-driven discipline.

• You put the customer first, always. Every analytics decision you make, from how you configure a tag to how you build a reporting dashboard, has a customer experience on the other side of it. You think about the person using the product and you make sure the data you surface helps the business serve them better.

• You are digitally savvy. You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. You adapt quickly to new tools, trends, and platforms and bring that curiosity into how you approach every initiative.

• You act like an owner. You thrive when you are empowered to take the lead. You go above and beyond, deliver results, and take accountability for the quality and impact of your work.

• You give meaning to data. You enjoy investigating complex problems and synthesizing information from multiple sources into clear performance metrics and insights that drive decisions. You are confident in your ability to communicate detailed findings in a way that is actionable and easy to understand.

• You bring people with you. You know that relationships and networks are essential to success. You build trust across functions, influence decisions through the clarity and rigour of your analysis, and inspire outcomes by making yourself heard.

• You look beyond the moment. You make decisions and take actions that will make a difference today and tomorrow. You proactively seek new solutions to overcome obstacles and raise the standard of practice around you. You contribute to advancing analytics capabilities through thought leadership, reusable documentation, standards, continuous learning, and AI-enabled approaches that improve analytical investigation and workflow efficiency.

• You bring technical expertise. You have hands-on experience implementing digital analytics solutions such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform, with demonstrated knowledge of tag management, JavaScript, data collection, and implementation validation. Experience with Single Page Application frameworks, AEM-based websites, native and hybrid mobile apps, or end-to-end marketing pixel implementation is an asset. You do not need to be an engineer, but you bring enough technical fluency to engage meaningfully with implementation work and to ask the right questions.

• Values matter to you. You bring your real self to work and you live our values — trust, teamwork, and accountability.
