Infrastructure Services Delivery Senior Associate
The Infrastructure Services Delivery Senior Associate supports the reliable delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure services while applying project management discipline to initiatives from planning through closure. This role coordinates technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, risks, dependencies, schedules, budgets, and communications to ensure services and projects align with organizational strategy, security standards, service commitments, and business objectives.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee)
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver infrastructure initiatives across the project lifecycle, including initiation, requirements, scheduling, execution, transition, and closure.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define scope, objectives, requirements, success measures, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource needs, budgets, dependencies, and implementation timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure, engineering, operations, security, application, service management, and vendor teams.
- Support day-to-day infrastructure service delivery by monitoring commitments, coordinating escalations, and driving timely resolution of service-impacting issues.
- Track service performance, operational metrics, capacity, availability, incidents, problems, and improvement actions against agreed service levels.
- Identify, assess, and manage project and operational risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; escalate material concerns with recommended actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure services and delivering technology projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure domains such as networks, compute, cloud, storage, end-user technology, identity, data centers, or platform services.
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, financial tracking, risk and dependency management, change control, and stakeholder communications.
- Familiarity with IT service management practices, service-level management, incident and problem management, operational governance, and change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with project and service management tools; PMP, CAPM, ITIL, Agile, or comparable certification is preferred.
