• Maintain clear technical documentation and work within established change and operational processes
• Participate in an after-hours support roster as part of the wider managed services team

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Fortinet / FortiGate and Palo Alto firewall technologies
• Strong networking fundamentals across TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, NAT and firewall policy
• Experience troubleshooting connectivity and access issues across live production environments
• Experience administering or supporting enterprise firewall environments
• Understanding of network traffic flows and the ability to methodically isolate faults across network and security layers

• Good understanding of change management and production risk
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers and internal technical teams
