The opportunity

This is an opportunity to become deeply immersed for 18 to 24 months in a global initiative to transform EY’s sales approach, behaviors and activities.

• Ensuring the technology roadmap continuously aligns with broader Clients & Industries initiatives, leveraging the firm’s investment in Dynamics and identifying opportunities where AI can be beneficially deployed
• Working with Talent to assess the future talent requirements of the sales organisation including a review of remuneration and evaluation models, as appropriate
• Designing a sales operating model and ensuring it is implemented globally and in each Super Region, as appropriate
• Ensuring there are programs to drive both near and long-term cultural transformation to create a distinctive EY sales culture that provides a consistent client experience, fosters teamwork, and focuses on client value
