• 3+ years of experience in designing and executing performance testing strategies using tools like JMeter, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing application responsiveness and scalability.
• 2+ years of experience in integrated AI-driven test optimization techniques to enhance test coverage and reduce execution time, contributing to faster release cycles.
• 2+ years of experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, with automated test execution and deployment workflows leveraging AWS Lambda and containerized environments (Docker).
• 2+ years of experience in leading cross-functional QA efforts in Agile teams, utilizing Playwright for modern web automation as required and driving continuous improvement through collaborative sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree) or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications.

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Familiarity with security testing practices with tools like Fortify.
• AWS Associate Certification.
