2027 Analytics & Sales Graduate Programme (Mandarin speaker), Singapore

The Analytics & Sales Program offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in financial markets, Bloomberg technology, and client engagement while developing a foundation for a long-term career within Bloomberg's Financial Solutions business.

You will begin your career in Analytics, where you'll work directly with Bloomberg Professional Services clients across the global financial community. In our Analytics business, you will provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg users around the world and across multiple industries. Through Instant Bloomberg (IB) chat, you'll answer client questions, solve complex workflow challenges, and help clients maximize the value of Bloomberg's products and solutions.

On any given day, our teams respond to tens of thousands of client inquiries in over 15 languages. From helping portfolio managers analyze risk to supporting traders as they uncover new sources of market liquidity, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of financial workflows while developing deep product, market, and client expertise.

As Bloomberg continues to innovate, you'll partner with clients to introduce new products, deliver training, support onboarding and product rollouts, and help organizations utilize technology more effectively. You'll also collaborate closely with Sales teams on strategic client initiatives, building the skills and relationship management capabilities that prepare you for future opportunities across Financial Solutions.

As your expertise grows, you'll have the opportunity to progress into Sales, the most common career path within the program. In Sales, you'll become a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships, understanding business goals and workflows, and identifying opportunities to deliver Bloomberg solutions while driving business growth.

From day one, you'll participate in one of the industry's most comprehensive training programs, building a foundation in financial markets, asset classes, Bloomberg technology, and client workflows.

After training, you'll join one of our Analytics teams, where you'll continue learning through hands-on client exposure, mentorship, and specialized asset class and workflow training. Every client interaction is an opportunity to deepen your expertise, develop your problem-solving skills, and build confidence as a trusted advisor.

The Analytics & Sales Program is designed to accelerate your professional development.  As your knowledge and experience grow, so do your opportunities. Most participants progress into Sales, where they build long-term client relationships and drive business growth, while others pursue specialist client-facing, product or leadership roles across Bloomberg's Financial Solutions business.

You are intellectually curious, client-focused, and energized by financial markets. You enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies, and understanding the drivers behind market-moving events. A strong communicator and relationship builder, you thrive in fast-paced environments, are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, and are motivated to build a long-term career helping clients solve challenges and achieve their business goals.

This is a future opportunity for our 2027 graduate hiring program.

AI tools can be useful for interview preparation and research. Use them to brainstorm practice questions, refine a study plan, or simulate a role play. During the interview, however, we ask that your responses reflect your own experiences, judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills, and that you do not use AI tools at any point during the interview process. This helps us accurately assess your skills and potential, while also ensuring a fair and consistent experience for all candidates.

Apply if you think we're a good match. We'll get in touch to let you know what the next steps are, but in the meantime feel free to have a look at:  https://www.bloomberg.com/company

Please note this is a two-stage application process. Following the submission of your main application, you will receive an email with directions to complete an online assessment. Completing this assessment is a necessary step to be considered for the role.
