Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive software solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. Your role includes executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression testing. You develop and implement automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle, ensuring robust and reliable software delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and product quality.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture NewsPage DMS/SFA Functional.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including continuous testing for security, API, and regression.
- Experience in creating and maintaining automation strategies and automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with data and environment configuration to support testing activities.
- Ability to participate effectively in code reviews and defect management processes.
- Skilled in collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams to drive quality across the application lifecycle.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Accenture NewsPage DMS/SFA Functional.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
