- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align product goals with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management.
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and partnership building.
- Experience in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient product delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and advise across teams.
