Work You’ll Do
As a Project - Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the project, you will:
- Develop and configure Salesforce solutions — Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows — for case management and program administration features
- Build and maintain an Experience Builder / Community Site portal that gives external, non-employee users access to their funded projects and support requests
- Support data connections between Salesforce and other systems used by the platform
- Support structured data intake, migration, and sandbox seeding as new programs or datasets onboard to the platform Maintain source control in GitHub and build, test, and deploy through GitHub Actions pipelines running Salesforce CLI-based tooling
- Work within an Agile delivery team — sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos — alongside government program staff and other contractors on the platform
- Provide technical guidance to other developers on the team, including offshore resources
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Experience Builder / Community Sites built for external, non-employee users
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and supporting data connections between systems
- Experience with Salesforce data migration, sandbox seeding, and data loading tools
- Active Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, and Certified Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 to $170,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
