• Analytics that drive business and product decisions, identifying opportunities, diagnosing problems and measuring the impact of initiatives.
• Predictive and prescriptive analytics using statistical modelling and ML to anticipate trends, identify risks and support better decisions.

• Comfort working with large, messy and disconnected datasets, with the ability to identify the patterns that matter for a business decision.
• The ability to communicate complex analysis clearly and simply, enabling stakeholders to act on findings.
• A knack for identifying opportunities where one scalable solution, such as an automation, dashboard, data pipeline or model, can solve problems across multiple teams.
• Genuine curiosity about products, users and business problems, with the ability to quickly understand context and translate it into analytical questions.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to move between strategic questions and detailed data investigation.

• Experience building dashboards, automated reporting pipelines, analytical frameworks or data products used by business stakeholders.
• Experience with statistical analysis, experimentation, forecasting or predictive modelling is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Tercept, SQL-based data platforms and BI tools is a strong plus.
