What this job involves:

Supporting Commercial Property Valuations

This role supports our Valuation team in preparing detailed property valuation reports for commercial properties across Australia. You'll conduct property research using various online databases and public records in compliance with data license agreements, including recorder data (deeds), assessor information, property tax records, flood maps, market comparables, and zoning data. The work requires meticulous attention to detail—think finding a single sentence in size 9 font within a 100-page document where everything else is size 10.

Document Preparation & Reporting

You'll spend significant time working in MS Word preparing comprehensive valuation reports that can range from 2-7 hours to complete. These reports are detailed, thesis-like documents requiring precision and consistency. You'll also prepare weekly presentation decks in PowerPoint for stakeholder meetings, covering capacity planning, workload updates, and project status. Maintaining accurate productivity tracking for reporting purposes is essential.

Coordination & Stakeholder Communication

The role involves regular communication with team members and stakeholders through email correspondence and weekly presentations. You'll identify and escalate priority issues, support ad-hoc projects including periodic reviews of data and trends, and work collaboratively to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple deliverables daily.

Sound like you? To apply, you need to be:

Detail-oriented with strong technical skills

Do you have exceptional attention to detail and advanced proficiency in MS Office applications—particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint? Can you work efficiently in document-heavy environments, maintaining accuracy across lengthy reports? Whether you're a fresh graduate with strong MS Office capabilities or an experienced professional, we value hands-on technical proficiency and the ability to produce high-quality documentation consistently.

A collaborative team player

JLL's unmatched excellence is only made possible by teamwork—a core value we want you to possess. We're looking for someone with a strong personality who adapts quickly to different challenges and works effectively in a team environment. You should support colleagues in accomplishing their goals while maintaining high standards of discipline and integrity.

A clear communicator

You'll need clear conversational English skills for both written and spoken communication. Comfort presenting to stakeholders in weekly meetings is essential, as is the ability to interact professionally with team members and address conflicting priorities effectively. We're looking for straightforward, professional communication—not fancy corporate speak, just the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.

Organized and deadline-driven

Can you manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis while maintaining flawless attention to detail? This role requires someone highly organized who can follow company standards and procedures, meet tight deadlines, and practice our 'I am JLL' core behaviors. Experience in property research, data analysis, or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory—what matters most is your ability to learn quickly and execute precisely.
