Manager – Group Finance Non-Financial Risk and Reporting

- Strong understanding of finance functions and the risks involved in financial and regulatory reporting, Treasury Finance functions including corporate hedging activities and a desire to learn more about processes and the controls that operate to mitigate risks faced by FPE and the organisation;
- Experience in business operational risk management: processes and control environments, value chains, risk assessments, issues management and incident management that require some understanding of the underlying FPE processes.
- Ability to be adaptable to BAU and initiative prioritisation activities and work in a collaborative team environment with other FPE NFR teams specialising in Data, Technology, Controls Integrity and Controls Assurance as well as other division-aligned teams for Group Treasury, Tax and People and Engagement teams.
- Experience preparing risk reporting for internal forums and risk committees or other PowerPoint presentations. Ability to present clear insights on risks, issues, incidents and control effectiveness.
- General knowledge of internal risk management frameworks, policies and standards
- Experience using OpenPages or similar risk management systems to record, assess and monitor risks, controls, issues and incidents.
