At PwC, our Strategy& Energy, Utilities and Resources team brings together professionals with a distinctive combination of strategy and corporate finance capabilities, supporting clients from the design and development of their industrial strategy through to its operational execution. Our positioning is built on two key differentiating factors. First, a strong industrial footprint and deep strategic consulting expertise, underpinned by a solid understanding of the energy markets – including Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Metals – as well as adjacent businesses. Second, an end-to-end perspective, enabled by a broad range of complementary capabilities that allow us to support clients through the entire journey, from strategy definition to execution.
As a Strategy& consultant, you will work closely with clients to address complex strategic and industrial challenges. You will be expected to take ownership of your work and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes that create value for our clients and contribute to the success of the team.

- Adopt habits that sustain high performance and support the continuous development of your potential.
- Actively listen, ask thoughtful questions to deepen your understanding, and communicate complex ideas in a clear and structured way.
- Seek, reflect on, act upon and provide constructive feedback.
- Gather and analyse information from a range of sources, identify relevant patterns and insights, and use them to support strategic problem-solving and decision-making.
- Develop a strong understanding of how businesses and industries operate, building commercial awareness and knowledge of key market dynamics, with particular exposure to energy and industrial sectors.
- Approach client challenges with an end-to-end perspective, connecting strategic objectives with financial implications and practical execution considerations.
- Learn and apply relevant professional and technical standards, while consistently upholding the Firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.
