At Accenture, you'll have the opportunity to work with global clients, the latest technologies, and a vibrant community of experts. You'll help shape the future of work, where people, low-code solutions and AI agents work side by side. If you're passionate about Microsoft Power Platform and want to deliver impact through intelligent and agentic automation, we'd love to meet you.

Technology Strategy & Consulting works with senior leaders to shape direction and deliver technology-enabled transformation with enduring impact. As an Analyst / Consultant, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, helping clients make sense of complexity, forming clear perspectives, and translate ideas into meaningful change.

You will be driven by curiosity, energized by complex problems, and eager to explore how emerging technologies-including AI-can be applied thoughtfully to create real business advantage. From day one, you will be exposed to senior stakeholders, intellectually demanding work, and opportunities to grow rapidly through experience and mentorship.

WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Power Platform Automation Engineer (Analyst), you will support the design and implementation of automation solutions that transform and streamline business processes across industries, working alongside senior engineers and consultants who will coach you on real client projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the team as a bridge between business and technology, helping translate business needs into functional solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and maintain automated workflows and applications with Power Automate and Power Apps, following team standards and best practices.
• Contribute to AI-powered automations, such as Copilot Studio agents, agent flows and AI Builder document processing, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Work with Dataverse, standard and custom connectors, and APIs as needed.
• Participate in process walkthroughs and workshops, documenting as-is / to-be processes and requirements.
• Produce clear documentation for solutions, including design specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and support existing automations, including RPA bots affected by application or UI changes.
• Participate in testing cycles (unit testing, pre-UAT, UAT) and provide support during deployment and hypercare.
• Follow ALM practices (solutions, environments, deployment pipelines) and structured change management for updates and enhancements.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a motivated Automation Engineer at the start of their career who wants to grow across the full spectrum of Business Analysis and Development, specializing in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) and the new generation of AI-powered automation with Copilot Studio. You will join an experienced delivery team, working with business stakeholders to capture requirements and turning them into robust, scalable low-code solutions, with the coaching you need to grow fast.

Key Qualifications:

• Around 1 year of hands-on experience (including internships or academic/personal projects) with Microsoft Power Platform, mainly Power Automate cloud flows and Power Apps (canvas or model-driven).
• Basic understanding of the automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and support.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint lists, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Working knowledge of Power Fx expressions and basic logic; exposure to REST APIs, JSON or SQL is a plus.
• Curiosity about Generative AI and AI agents, and willingness to learn how to build them with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Interest in acting as both Business Analyst and Developer, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities, with attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and a positive, supportive attitude: we value people who are team players, help others grow, and contribute to a healthy, respectful work culture.
• Eagerness to continuously learn and grow professionally within a dynamic team environment.
• University degree (AEI) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to RPA, such as Power Automate Desktop (desktop flows), UiPath or Blue Prism.
• First experience with Copilot Studio agents, AI Builder or prompt-based actions.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot in Power Platform, GitHub Copilot).
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-900 or PL-200, or interest in obtaining them early on.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

• Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package: life/health insurance, bonus scheme, monthly vouchers, flexible work model, paid overtime (if needed), TEA Accenture, and more.
• Access to continuous learning through global platforms and local academies, including Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI) and hands-on Generative & Agentic AI training.
• Clear career path with coaching and mentoring opportunities.
• Exposure to top-tier clients, cross-industry projects, and cutting-edge technologies, from low-code automation to enterprise AI agents.
• A diverse and inclusive culture that fosters innovation and teamwork.
• Opportunities to participate in social impact and corporate citizenship initiatives.
• Additional relocation support under the Brain Regain initiative.
