Senior Integration Developer – APIs & Low-Code Platforms

We are looking for an experienced Senior Integration Developer to provide technical leadership across international integration projects. You will be the go-to expert for modern low-code platforms, APIs, integration architecture, helping teams design scalable solutions, strengthen platform reliability, and drive engineering quality.

You will work closely with product owners, architects, global delivery teams to modernize integrations, guide junior developers and explore practical opportunities for AI-assisted development and AI-enabled solutions.

YOUR MISSION:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development and deployment of scalable integration solutions using low-code platforms, APIs, plus modern integration patterns
• Review existing system architecture to improve scalability, reliability, security, performance
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, code reviews while maintaining quality and security
• Explore AI-enabled integration opportunities by connecting enterprise applications to AI services and APIs
• Promote engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, reusable components, DevOps practices
• Modernize existing integrations, reduce technical debt, improve development practices
• Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, encourage modern integration and AI development practices across teams

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed:
Specialist : 2050€ - 4050€
Associate Manager : 2550€ - 4800€

WHO YOU ARE:

• 5+ years of experience with integration development or low-code platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Pega, WSO2)
• Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs and SQL
• Exposure to XML technologies (XSD, XSLT, XPath)
• Experience in Agile teams and DevOps practices
• A technically driven professional who takes ownership, mentors others, and ensures delivery quality at scale
• Motivation to grow in AI, with a practical understanding of AI tools and their use in software development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
• English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
