Project Role : Analog Layout Engineer
Project Role Description : Design the physical layout of analog circuits, ensuring proper component placement and routing for optimal performance. As an Analog Layout Engineer, a typical day involves designing the physical layout of analog circuits with careful attention to component placement and routing to achieve optimal circuit performance. The role requires addressing challenges such as parasitic effects, signal integrity, and power distribution to ensure the design meets all necessary specifications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to verify that the layout aligns with functional, electrical, and manufacturing requirements, ensuring a seamless transition from design to production. This position demands a balance of technical precision and teamwork to deliver high-quality analog circuit layouts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex layout challenges.
- Continuously update and improve layout methodologies to enhance design efficiency and quality.
- Engage in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Maintain thorough documentation of layout designs and modifications for future reference.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout Design.
- Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles and their impact on physical layout.
- Experience with layout tools and software used for analog circuit design.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate parasitic effects and signal integrity issues within layouts.
- Familiarity with power distribution techniques and their implementation in analog layouts.
- Knowledge of manufacturing constraints and design for manufacturability considerations.

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Analog Layout Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
