TDI CSO GBTSis responsible forthe engagement with the senior Business Information Security role holders, the engagement with the Second Line ofDefencefor Information Security Risk (ISR) within the Chief Risk Office (CRO). GTBS governs the 1st Line ofDefenceon Information Security (IS) Risk Reduction and IS Control Compliance. GBTS iskeycontributorinthe CRO non-financial risk management processes on the Residual Risk and Risk Remediation towards Risk Appetite.
Information Securityis responsible forpreventing IT-based crime, hacking, intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction to the organization's information systems and IT assets and intellectual property. The focus of the role is to ensure highly professional and productiveprocedures,policies and processes are inplace, andaligned and agreed with relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities
You willbe responsible forengaging with Control Owners,predominantly inthe Information Security functions, to support management in managing the milestones, dependencies,risksand issuesfor sustained risk reduction.
You willanalysethe Control data, in terms of scope, clear articulation to control performers, support in technical issues with leveraged systems owners and facilitate the resolution of conflicts and challenges, improving the way Control Owners prepare and interact with control performers including supporting preparation for governance anddecision-makingforums.
Skills
You should have 1-3 years of work experience in the Information Security (IS) area with a focus on controls.
University degree in Information Security or equivalent qualification preferred.
You should be a good communicator and collaborator, able to influence Subject Matter Experts and engage with managers who are information providers from the first Line ofDefenceinto the processes.
You should be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
