Work You’ll Do
As a Project - Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Government & Public Services team, you will be responsible for…
- Assess operational requirements, Class VIII medical materiel demand, inventory posture, and sustainment needs across deliberate and contingency planning cycles.
- Translate medical logistics doctrine, systems, and operational constraints into planning assumptions, courses of action, and decision-support recommendations.
- Develop staff products, including briefs, issue papers, planning inputs, decision memoranda, and execution trackers, for Office of the Force Surgeon (OFS) and Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) stakeholders.
- Evaluate readiness risks, distribution dependencies, and medical logistics gaps; recommend mitigation actions aligned with the MARFORPAC Campaign Plan/Order and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) priorities.
- Coordinate with military, interagency, allied, and partner stakeholders to advance medical logistics interoperability, information sharing, and sustainment planning.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- Ability to work onsite
- 5+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. military medical logistics and operational planning
- 5+ years of experience assessing Class VIII medical materiel requirements, inventory posture, distribution, or sustainment needs
- 5+ years of experience supporting deliberate and contingency planning and translating medical logistics constraints into planning assumptions, courses of action, or recommendations
- 3+ years of experience developing staff products, including briefings, issue papers, decision memoranda, planning inputs, and execution trackers
- 3+ years of experience coordinating medical logistics planning with military, interagency, allied, or partner organizations
Preferred:
- Experience supporting U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM), U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific (MARFORPAC), a geographic combatant command, or a service component headquarters
- Experience using medical logistics information systems to analyze Class VIII inventory, demand, distribution, or sustainment data
- Experience conducting logistics readiness assessments or developing risk-mitigation recommendations for medical materiel shortfalls
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Hawaii, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Hawaii and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 to $208,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
