Events, Engagement & UK‑wide Support

• Provide flexible support across the UK to enable effective delivery of:
  • Customer meetings and visits
  • Colleague town halls and engagement sessions
  • Regional and national conferences, events and external engagements
• Support logistics, preparation and on‑the‑day coordination for high‑profile engagements involving customers, colleagues and external stakeholders including government officials.

Business Knowledge & Proactive Support

• Act as a central point of contact for the Executive office on diary, logistics and coordination matters.
• Anticipate issues, spot risks and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working.
