We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce and Rewards Consulting team at Marsh office in Athena, Greece. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office or with clients.

As a Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst, you will assist with the delivery of large-scale projects and provide support to Consultants for solving complex compensation challenges. In addition, you will support the business development process. We will count on you to:
- Be the point of contact for some client accounts relationships Provide analysis and support in Workforce and Rewards project delivery for new or existing clients
- Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools
- Manage day-to-day client interactions, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Manage small-scale projects within a designated Workforce and Rewards area , delivering high-quality, client-ready outputs with minimal revisions required.
- Draft and prepare client contracts, agreements, and related documentation as part of client relationship management.
- Respond to client requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Understand the broader context of a client’s situation and how it fits to the broader people agenda
- Contribute to business development for small, standard opportunities
- Create technical input for high profile, complex proposals as requested
What you need to have:
- 2 years of working experience in a consultancy and preferrable in a in People advisory department or worked in internal positions within HR (e.g. Payroll, Rewards, Compensation and Benefits, or generalist) or Finance .
- Strong domain knowledge, and client management experience, either with internal or external clients.
- Genuine interest in HR / People agenda and relevant topics
- Attention to detail and overall ability to exclude distractions and do focused work
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Team player and can-do attitude
