In this role you will design, develop, test and operate platform application programming interfaces and microservices within a modern software engineering environment. You will work closely with engineers and users, contribute to support activities, and help drive continuous learning, knowledge sharing and improvement across the team while taking ownership of the work you deliver.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Golang, Java or Python, with a strong understanding of software design principles
- Enthusiasm for agentic engineering and the use of AI-enabled developer tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
- Strong focus on code quality, automated testing, reliability and engineering best practices
- Experience developing and operating REST application programming interfaces and microservices within cloud-native architectures
- Exposure to DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure automation and platform engineering
- Familiarity with the GitHub ecosystem, including applications, application programming interfaces, actions, webhooks and developer automation.
