Manage and support the Fraud Management policy and control framework, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, mitigation, and prevention of fraud across Etisalat.

- Monitor and analyze system-generated alerts and reports to identify suspicious activities and potential fraud incidents.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize fraud detection systems and tools to ensure effective coverage and timely detection of fraudulent activities.
- Conduct regular system health checks, performance reviews, and ensure system integrity and reliability.
- Coordinate with IT and vendor teams for system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting issues related to fraud management platforms.
- Develop and implement new rules, algorithms, and parameters in fraud systems to adapt to emerging fraud patterns and threats.
- Support the management of the Fraud Management (FM) policy framework, ensuring operational capabilities to monitor, detect, mitigate, and stop fraud across eand.
- Assist in maintaining the FM control framework, including monitoring rules and defining roles and responsibilities.
- Stay updated on commercial propositions and technical enhancements to identify potential fraud risk areas.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to communicate and discuss fraud risks and cases, and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and present dashboards and reports to management, communicating expectations and progress.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, trends, and best practices through professional networks.
- Support FM systems and tools’ projects, including innovative initiatives such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests, reports, and projects from other departments and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the efficiency and maturity enhancement of FM controls, processes, and personnel.
- Communicate and manage relationships with external parties, including the Telecom Regulator and law enforcement authorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years in Telecom.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
