Overview Our team supports a key business suite of applications (GRiDS) used to process operations globally. We manage application data and user access, including new hires, transfers, changes, and terminations, in line with relevant compliance requirements. Training is provided, although previous business or application support experience is beneficial. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with business users, technology teams and auditors are important. Key Accountabilities Daily basis Monitor the Global team Mailbox for incoming requests and action where necessary. Action security related requests - Liaise with GRiDS business user base to address received security request(s) in a timely manner where necessary challenge the requestor to determine actual requirement. Work with approved business authorisers seeking approval to ensure that all SOX regulations and rules are being followed for data and access and segregation of duties requirements are being met Retain email correspondence for future evidence of request, approval and processing of request As and when basis Provide cover for other regional leads holiday\sickness document\share newly obtained knowledge within the team SharePoint site Providing auditors with requested evidence of specific changes/updates to a GRiDS Users account Weekly basis (Sox LA3 control) process the Monday Workday GMA reports for Leavers, joiners and transfers for your region to ensure daily requests were not missed. process the Thursday HR Workday extracts for your region to ensure the automated process was successful and nothing missed. Bi-weekly basis (Sox LA3 control) As a controller - perform the bi-weekly T21a Sox process and distribute the regional reports to regional leads for checking and or action If receiving the T21a reginal report, check and action where necessary and report back to controller. As a controller - Filing all completed T21a documentation in auditors evidence repository Quarterly basis (Sox LA1 control) complete the Sox change log process by generating the quarterly change logs and filing them in the auditors evidence repository. Annual basis (Sox LA2 control) Work independently and as a team to complete the annual Sox GRiDS user Audit. Liaising with multiple approvers to action any changes\updates required for the audit General role skill set GRiDS application knowledge is preferred but not necessary. Proficient with Microsoft Application Suite especially Outlook and Excel Articulate with excellent communication skills Confidence – Colleagues often ask for access that is not appropriate or they don’t know what is required. Require the ability to ask questions to determine if the request is reasonable and have the confidence to ask for more information and deny some requests. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $85,000 - $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
