Associate Director, Bain Academy

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join Bain Academy, a global team that helps clients and executives build the capabilities they need to deliver lasting results. We design and deliver customized, immersive learning experiences that strengthen leadership, accelerate results, and build enduring promoters of Bain.

Our portfolio includes more than 100 masterclasses on topics such as strategic thinking, RAPID® decision effectiveness, Agile innovation, generative AI, consultative selling, business storytelling, Net Promoter System, influencing others, and high-performing teams. We also develop executive programs that strengthen general management and leadership capabilities, as well as blended learning experiences that combine live workshops with self-paced digital learning.

We are passionate about unleashing potential and creating impact through learning, application, and continuous development.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As an Associate Director in Bain Academy, you’ll design and deliver high-impact, interactive learning programs for clients across in-person, virtual, and digital formats. You’ll advise Bain case teams on capability-building opportunities, lead workshops for priority clients, and help shape Bain Academy’s global strategy as we continue to scale.

This role draws on the core skills of an experienced consulting leader: developing compelling content, solving complex problems, facilitating workshops, influencing senior stakeholders, and managing a diverse range of relationships. The role may involve approximately 20–25% travel, with flexibility depending on your focus and interests.
