Client Success Manager, Accounting & Consulting

The Client Success Manager, Accounting and Consulting is an individual contributor on Intapp’s Client Success team for the Accounting and Consulting industry. You will help accounting and consulting firms get full value from their Intapp investment, so they renew with confidence, expand their use of the platform, and become long-term partners. You will act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and as the voice of the customer to our product and account teams.

You will support engaged clients across a suite of Intapp products, with deep expertise in Intapp DealCloud and a growing command of the broader portfolio. Day to day, you will monitor adoption and health data, run structured success plays, advise clients on configuration and best practices, and lead the response when an account shows risk. This is a client success role with a consultative, commercially aware edge, built for people who like working with data, integrations, and firm leaders.

What you will do

As a Client Success Manager, Accounting and Consulting, you can expect to:

• Monitor adoption data, usage trends, and engagement signals across your portfolio, and turn them into clear success plans tied to client business outcomes.

• Run data-triggered success plays around usage milestones, risk signals, and renewal timing, and build new plays from client feedback.

• Identify at-risk accounts early and lead the response, whether that is a remediation plan, an expanded use case, or an executive escalation.

• Advise clients on product usage, configuration, integrations, and best practices, and consult with them after deployment to confirm solutions meet their needs.

• Partner with Account Managers and present health and adoption metrics in client business reviews, while representing client needs to product and development teams.

What you will need

Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this Client Success Manager, Accounting and Consulting role, you will ideally have:

• Client success experience in a SaaS environment, ideally one that supports multiple integrated products and clients in professional services.

• A consultative approach: the ability to discuss a client’s industry, use cases, and workflows, not just product features.

• A conversational understanding of APIs and integrations, since many of our clients run several connected Intapp products.

• Experience using adoption and usage data to drive structured, playbook-driven outreach, plus the analytical skills to turn multiple inputs into clear recommendations.

• Comfort with the commercial side of client relationships, including renewals or sales exposure, balanced with technical fluency.

• Strong communication skills, the ability to learn new products quickly, and the resourcefulness to manage a pooled, fast-moving portfolio. Experience with Intapp DealCloud or comparable CRM or deal management technology, or knowledge of how accounting and consulting firms operate, is a plus.
