In this role, you will lead the development and enhancement of the credit data governance framework by driving data identification, risk assessments, controls, data quality monitoring, and issue management. You will leverage SQL, Python, automation, and emerging AI/ML techniques to improve governance processes, proactively identify data quality risks, and deliver scalable analytical solutions that strengthen data controls and reporting
• Engineering graduate with 2–5 years of experience in data governance, data quality, data management or other data-focused roles within financial services.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, automation or emerging technologies, with a passion for developing innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex data issues, identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools; experience with Python, Alteryx, Power BI or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality and control frameworks; exposure to credit risk data, AI agent frameworks, GenAI tools, dashboard development or process automation is highly desirable.
